Whole Sea Salt Seeks to Popularize Healthy Salt

Plans are underway for expanding this library. "Lately I've been learning how the adrenal glands and salt interact," states Yaffa.

Yaffa has a positive outlook for the future of the healthy salt industry and his brand, but he predicts the journey will be tough because of what he calls the "salt phobia" in American culture. Says Yaffa, "we have to demonstrate to the consumer that salt can be healthy."
